We process it using the gentle CFM (Cross Flow Microfiltration) membrane technology, which takes place at low temperatures and helps preserve the natural structure of the whey proteins, their high biological value and the naturally occurring whey fractions such as alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin, lactoferrin and immunoglobulins. This results in a high-quality, easily digestible whey protein of top quality with up to 86% protein content, depending on the flavour.
