Product Delivery
The ordered products are shipped exclusively through the two courier companies with which we collaborate: Cargus or Fan Courier, to the address specified by you in the Delivery section. On the day of delivery, the courier will inform the recipient regarding the delivery time. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package at that moment, a new date and time for delivery must be arranged.
For more information regarding the status of your package, you may check the AWB number received in the shipment confirmation email.

Products sensitive to high temperatures
During periods of high temperatures, certain products may be affected during transport or while stored at pickup points or in lockers. This applies particularly to heat-sensitive products, such as bars and chocolate-based products, without excluding the possibility that other products exposed for extended periods to high temperatures or direct sunlight may exhibit changes in appearance or consistency.
In the case of delivery to pickup points or lockers, the customer is responsible for collecting the package without unjustified delays after being notified of its availability.
The seller makes all reasonable efforts to ensure proper packaging and transport of the products. However, prolonged exposure to high temperatures after the package has been made available to the customer may lead to changes in the characteristics of temperature-sensitive products.
Delivery of packages to EU countries

Delivery of packages to the Republic of Moldova
Orders with delivery to the Republic of Moldova are shipped via the courier company Fan Courier.
The shipping cost is calculated and displayed during the order completion process, prior to order confirmation.
The delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on the duration of international transport, carrier availability, and any applicable customs procedures.
The buyer is obligated to provide complete and accurate delivery data and to cooperate with the carrier if additional information is requested to effect delivery or fulfill customs formalities.
GymBeam is not liable for delays caused by:
- customs procedures;
- inspections conducted by competent authorities;
- incomplete or incorrect provision of delivery data;
- inability to contact the recipient.
Customs duties for packages delivered to the Republic of Moldova
Orders shipped to the Republic of Moldova may be subject to applicable import customs procedures.
If the total value of orders placed on the same day or during the weekend exceeds the equivalent of 150 euros, according to applicable customs legislation, import customs duties may be charged.
In situations where these duties are due, they are not included in the order value and will be paid by the Buyer directly upon receipt of the package.
The amount of customs duties is determined exclusively by the competent authorities in the Republic of Moldova, and GymBeam cannot influence or anticipate their amount.
