Terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.gymbeam.ro. This website belongs to the company GymBeam s.r.o.

I. Basic Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationships between the contracting parties of the sales contract, where one party is represented by the company GymBeam s.r.o., with its registered office at Rastislavova 93, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia, company identification number in Slovakia (OIB) 46 440 224, acting as the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the other party, represented by the Buyer, who may also be a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). More information about the Seller is available on the website www.gymbeam.ro in the section "Contact".

The Buyer may be any natural person who is over 16 years of age or a legal entity established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Romania.

The Consumer is a natural person who is over 16 years of age who, when concluding and performing the consumer contract, does not act within the scope of their commercial activity or other entrepreneurial activity.

The legal relationships between the Seller and the Consumer, which are not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions, are governed by the relevant provisions of the law, the Civil Code, as well as subsequent regulations regarding the protection of consumer rights.

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, by legal entity is understood the legal entity which is established and operates in accordance with applicable legal provisions and which acts within the scope of its commercial activity in accordance with and within the limits of the authorizations and licenses held. If the Buyer indicates an identification number (CUI/CIF) in the order, then they are informed that the rules provided in the General Terms and Conditions for legal entities are also valid in their case.

The legal relationships between the Seller and the Buyer, a legal entity, not expressly regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, or in the relationships between the Seller and the Buyer, shall be governed by the relevant legal provisions, namely the Civil Code, as amended and supplemented, as well as subsequent regulations.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have taken note of these General Terms and Conditions, which include both "Warranty and Return Policy" and the document "Product Delivery", as well as the conditions of the ordered service and/or the provided authorization, and that they agree with their content, in the version valid and applicable at the time of placing the order.

The Buyer is aware that, by purchasing products that are in the Seller's commercial offer, they do not acquire any right to use the registered trademarks, trade names, company logos, or patents of the Seller or other companies, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case through a specific contract.

II. Sales Contract

1. Conclusion of the sales contract

For the natural person Buyer, the offer/proposal to conclude a sales contract is represented by the products offered by the Seller on the site, and the sales contract is concluded as a result of the placement of a firm order by the natural person Buyer and the acceptance of the order by the Seller. The Seller confirms this acceptance without delay to the Buyer via an informational email to the entered email address; this confirmation does not affect the conclusion of the contract. The resulting contract (including the agreed price) can be modified or cancelled only by mutual agreement of the parties or for legal reasons. In this regard, the Buyer will send a request to the email address [email protected]. For exceptions to this procedure, please see point VI. Order.

For the legal person Buyer, the offer to conclude a sales contract is represented by the firm order placed by the legal person Buyer, and the sales contract itself is concluded at the moment of sending the Seller's mandatory consent to the legal person Buyer regarding this proposal. The Seller is not liable for any errors in the transmission of data. The contract is concluded in the Romanian language.

The concluded contract will be archived by the Seller for a period of at least five years from its conclusion, or at most for the period provided for in the relevant legislation, for the purpose of its successful fulfillment. The contract is not accessible to third parties who do not participate in its conclusion and execution. The stages of concluding the contract described in the preceding paragraphs of these General Terms and Conditions are presented clearly and must be respected by both natural person Buyers and legal person Buyers.

The Buyer has the possibility to verify and correct the order before sending it. These General Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.gymbeam.ro, from where the Buyer can download and archive them.

The cost of using means of distance communication (telephone, internet, etc.) to place an order is at the normal rate, depending on the tariff of the telecommunications services used by the Buyer.

In the event that the natural person Buyer orders services, they hereby express their agreement to have them provided before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period.

2. Delivery of the subject of purchase

By the sales contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer, to provide the digital content/license which is the subject of the purchase, and to allow them to acquire the property right/license over it, while the Buyer undertakes to take over the goods/digital content and to pay the Seller the purchase price.

The Seller reserves the property right over the goods, and therefore the Buyer becomes the owner only after the full payment of the purchase price. This rule also applies when a license or a service is purchased.

The Seller is obliged to hand over the goods to the Buyer, together with all documents relating to them. From the date of handover, the Buyer acquires the property right over the goods/license in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

The Seller fulfills the obligation to deliver the goods to the Buyer if they enable them to dispose of the respective goods at the place of execution and inform them in time. The obligation to deliver the goods is considered fulfilled at the moment of their takeover by the Buyer within the terms and conditions established according to the delivery policy, which the Buyer accepts by accepting these General Terms and Conditions.

The Buyer acknowledges that certain products may be sensitive to high temperatures, and the specific conditions regarding their transport and pickup are provided in the section "Product Delivery", which is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

The Buyer acknowledges that for orders with delivery to the Republic of Moldova, special conditions regarding customs formalities and return procedures apply, detailed in point XI. Delivery Conditions of these General Terms and Conditions and in the document "Warranty and Return Policy".

In the event that the Seller must send the goods:

  1. for the Buyer – legal entity: The Seller will deliver the goods to the first carrier for the purpose of transporting them to the Buyer and will enable the Buyer to benefit from all rights, including the property right, based on the transport contract concluded with the carrier,
  2. for the Buyer – natural person: The Seller grants the property right to the Buyer – natural person only after the carrier delivers the goods to them.

The Seller will deliver the subject of purchase to the Buyer in the agreed quantity, quality, and design.

In the event that the method of packaging the goods is not agreed upon, the Seller must package the goods in the usual manner susceptible to ensuring their preservation and protection. If there is no usual method of packaging, then the packaging will be done in the manner necessary for the preservation and protection of the goods. In the same way, the Seller will secure the goods for transport.

In order to minimize damages and ensure trouble-free supply, the Seller reserves the right to deliver goods to a Buyer who, in a single order and/or on a single day, has ordered goods with a total value exceeding 17,000 LEI, including VAT, only after the full payment of the total purchase price. Once the Buyer pays the total purchase price of the purchased goods, the Seller will effect the shipment in accordance with the Buyer's requirements specified in the order.

III. Security and Information Protection

The Seller hereby informs the Buyer that, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), it will process the personal data of the Buyer in the process of concluding the sales contract.

The legal basis is represented by Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

The Buyer can at any time check and modify the personal information provided. Also, after logging into the online store website, the Buyer has the possibility to cancel their registration/close their account by accessing the "My Account" section.

The Buyer can, by checking the relevant box, before submitting the order, express their consent, in the sense of the GDPR provisions, for the Seller to process and store their personal data, which are necessary for the Seller to send information about new products, discounts, and promotions for the offered goods, and to process them in all their information systems related to sending information about new products, discounts, and promotions for the offered goods.

The Buyer can withdraw at any time the consent granted regarding the receipt of information about new products, discounts, and promotions for the offered goods. Following the withdrawal of consent, the Seller will ensure the immediate deletion of the Buyer's personal data. The withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data is done in writing by sending a request/email to the following email address: [email protected]. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data carried out based on your consent granted before its withdrawal.

The Seller declares that all personal data are confidential and will not be made public, provided to third parties, etc., except in situations related to the distribution or payment of ordered goods (notification of name, account number, and delivery address). The Seller will act in such a way that the rights of the data subject are not affected, in particular the right to the preservation of human dignity, and also to ensure protection against unauthorized interventions in the private and personal life of the data subject. Personal data are collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the applicable laws of Romania, in particular with the GDPR. The Buyer has the right to access and rectify their personal data (via the cited contact form, including the right to request explanations and the removal of non-compliant/erroneous status and other legal rights over this data).

The Buyer, upon a free written request, has the right to object to the continued processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR; as a result of such a request, the Seller will no longer process personal data, unless the Seller demonstrates that there are legitimate and compelling reasons justifying the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.

Also, according to the GDPR, the Buyer has the right to request the deletion of personal data, in which case the Seller is obliged to delete the personal data without undue delay. The Seller hereby informs the Buyer that, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, it is assumed that the Buyer's personal data will be provided and made available to the following third parties, respectively the circle of beneficiaries:

  • Cargus S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, 11 Iunie Street no. 14, sector 4, CUI RO3541906, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/4892/2022.
  • Fan Courier Express S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Fabrica de Glucoză Road, no. 11C, sector 2, CUI RO13838336, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/4014/2001, CUI RO13838336.

Within the complaint procedure, the following information is requested from customers: name, surname, address, phone number, email, and signature or digital signature. All personal data obtained in this way are processed exclusively for the purpose necessary for the resolution of the complaint and in accordance with the GDPR.

The Seller may also, in case of expressed consent, process so-called "cookies", in order to facilitate the provision of information society services, in accordance with the provisions of the (EU) directive on the protection of personal data for the purpose of "cookies" or similar tools, and ensures that users are aware of the information stored in their terminal equipment. Users have the option to refuse the storage of "cookies" or similar tools on their terminal devices, e.g., by running the anonymous browsing functionality in the browser.

In order to prevent criminality and minimize damages, the Seller reserves the right to cancel orders already placed in the following cases: placement and refusal of more than two orders in the cash on delivery payment system, more than 2 orders subsequently cancelled by the client, use of tendentious language, violation of intellectual property rights, etc. This right can be exercised at any time and notification of the Client is not required in this regard. In case of problems related to the order, the Buyer can contact the Seller by email at [email protected] or by phone at 0040 316 302 838.

IV. Operating Hours

Orders via internet or by sales personnel:

Hours:

automatic order confirmation: Monday – Sunday: 00-24h

email, phone: Monday - Friday: 08:00-20:00

In the event of an information system failure or a force majeure situation, the Seller is not obliged to respond for non-compliance with operating hours.

Customers will be informed about the operating hours for legal holidays on www.gymbeam.ro.

V. Prices

All prices are contractual. On the online store web platform, prices are always current and valid. Prices are final and include VAT, where applicable, and any other taxes and fees that the consumer must pay to obtain the goods; this does not refer to shipping fees and other similar charges.

Promotional prices are valid until stock runs out, with the indication of the number of pieces of goods on promotion, or for a determined period of time.

The initial price means the price of the product/service/license at which GymBeam offered the respective product/service/license without taking into account the total of possible bonuses, marketing campaigns for sales support, and other discount promotions within the own online store.

VI. Order

The Buyer receives the goods at the price valid at the time of the order. The natural person Buyer has the possibility to know the total price, including VAT and all other taxes (Green Stamp Tax, etc.) before placing the order. This price will be mentioned in the order and in the message confirming the receipt of the order. The natural person Buyer has the possibility to find out how long the offer or price is valid before placing the order.

You can order in the following ways:

The Buyer acknowledges that there may be cases where the order cannot be fulfilled, meaning no contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, for example, if the Buyer orders goods at a price published by mistake due to a malfunction of the Seller's internal computer system. In such a case, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this fact and will have the right to withdraw from the contract.

The Seller reserves the right to declare the sales contract invalid in case personal data have been used abusively, the card has been used abusively, etc., or due to the intervention of an administrative or judicial authority; the Buyer will be informed about such a procedure.

The Buyer acknowledges that, in the above cases, the sales contract cannot be validly concluded.

The order will be fulfilled for the Buyer at the price valid at the time of the order.

VII. Withdrawal from Contract

Withdrawal from contract by the Buyer who is a natural person

In accordance with the provisions of the law on consumer protection regarding the sale of goods or the provision of services based on a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the Seller's premises, with amendments and supplements to certain laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in this way without stating a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services, in which case it is necessary to send the Seller a letter or notification on another durable medium (email) of withdrawal from the contract during this period. The Buyer has this right even if the goods ordered via the internet were picked up personally at the Seller's delivery location.

For information regarding the address to which you will need to send the withdrawal form and the products, please contact us at phone number 0040 316 302 838 or at the email address [email protected].

The Buyer has the right within this period to unpack the goods/items after receipt and to test them in the same way as is customary in a classic store, to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The goods/items must be returned by the natural person Buyer, completely, with full documentation, undamaged, clean, preferably including the original packaging, in the state and value in which the goods were received. The Buyer is liable only for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the goods. The natural person Buyer is not liable for the reduction in the value of the goods if the Seller has not fulfilled the obligation to inform regarding the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the law on consumer protection in the case of distance selling.

In the event that the goods are complete, including the original packaging, intact, and show no signs of use, the Seller extends the aforementioned period of 14 days for the return of the goods/items to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In accordance with the aforementioned law and taking into account the nature of the assortment being sold, the goods/items sold in the section SPORTS NUTRITION, PROTEINS and FOOD cannot be returned if they have been unpacked, used, or show signs of use.

Money for returned goods/items will be refunded to the natural person Buyer within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

Except where withdrawal is expressly agreed, the consumer cannot withdraw from contracts:

a) in the case of the provision of a service, if its performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer, and the consumer has declared that they have been appropriately informed that, by expressing such consent, they lose the right of withdrawal from the contract after the full provision of the service, and if the service has been fully provided,

b) in the case of the sale of goods or provision of services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in prices on the financial market, which the Seller cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period from the contract,

c) in the case of the sale of goods made to the specific requirements of the consumer, customized goods, or goods intended specifically for a certain consumer,

d) in the case of the sale of goods that deteriorate rapidly or are perishable,

e) in the case of the sale of goods sealed in a protective package that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and whose protective packaging has been damaged,

f) in the case of the sale of goods which, by their nature, can be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,

g) in the case of the sale of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, the delivery of which can be made no earlier than 30 days and whose price depends on fluctuations in market prices, which the Seller cannot influence;

h) in the case of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance which the consumer has explicitly requested from the Seller; this does not apply to service provision contracts and sales contracts for goods other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, if these were concluded during the Seller's visit to the consumer, and the consumer has not ordered these services or goods in advance,

i) in the case of the sale of audio recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books, or software programs sold in protective packaging if the consumer has unpacked the packaging,

j) in the case of the sale of periodical publications, except for sales based on a subscription, and the sale of books which are not supplied in protective covers,

k) in the case of the provision of accommodation services, for a purpose other than accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, provision of catering services, or provision of services related to leisure activities, and under which the Seller undertakes to provide such services at the agreed time or within the agreed period,

l) in the case of the provision of electronic content, other than on a tangible medium, if the provision of which has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has declared that they have been appropriately informed that they lose the right of withdrawal from the contract by expressing this consent.

In the event that the Buyer decides to withdraw from the contract within the mentioned period, to expedite the resolution of the withdrawal, we recommend delivering the goods to the Seller's address together with the accompanying letter, with an optional reason for withdrawal, with the purchase document number and the bank account number with the indication of whether the amount will be paid in cash or will be spent on the next purchase.

The Buyer acknowledges that, if they withdraw from the contract, they will bear the costs of returning the goods to the Seller, and if they withdraw from the distance contract, the cost of returning goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned by post.

The Buyer acknowledges that, if gifts are provided together with the goods, the donation agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded on the condition that, in the event that the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal from the contract, the donation agreement loses its validity and the Buyer is obliged to return the gifts offered together with the goods. If they are not returned, these values will be charged as unjust enrichment of the Buyer.

Withdrawal from contract by the Buyer who is a legal entity

In the event that the Buyer is a legal entity, a substitute withdrawal from the sales-purchase contract may be offered to them, depending on the condition of the returned goods, the lost warranty, and the current price of the returned goods. The condition of the goods is evaluated by the Seller. In the event that acceptable conditions for both parties are not agreed upon, the goods will be returned at the Seller's expense. The Seller has the right to charge the Buyer any additional costs incurred.

For the purpose of protecting the Buyer's rights, if the Buyer is a legal entity and requests the return of the overpaid amount for the rectifying invoice directly to the store, the corresponding amount will be paid only to persons authorized to act on behalf of the respective legal entity, i.e., the statutory body or a person presenting an officially certified power of attorney.

The Withdrawal from Contract Form, called the Return Form, can be downloaded here.

VIII. Payment Conditions

The Seller accepts the following payment conditions:

  1. cash payment up to 5,000 LEI in the case of legal entities and up to 10,000 LEI in the case of natural persons upon pickup of goods at the pickup point,
  2. advance payment by bank transfer,
  3. payment via the payment terminal when goods are picked up at the pickup point (with a bank card),
  4. payment via the banking platform (online with card),
  5. cash payment on delivery, up to 5,000 LEI in the case of legal entities and up to 10,000 LEI in the case of natural persons (cash is collected from the client by the carrier),
  6. payment via the deferred payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ) (Buy Now, Pay Later), according to the terms and conditions of the provider.

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment and pickup, and the risk of damage to the goods is transferred upon pickup of the goods by the Buyer.

The Buyer's billing information cannot be modified retroactively after placing an order.

IX. Subscriptions

The Buyer can purchase certain goods available in the online store in the form of a subscription. In this case, the order is automatically renewed at the interval chosen by the Buyer, and the Seller will repeatedly deliver the goods until the subscription is terminated by the Buyer or by the Seller. The Seller may terminate the subscription, with prior notification to the Buyer sent by email at least 14 days in advance, in particular in the event that the respective product is no longer available or for other objective operational reasons that make the continuation of the subscription impossible.

The price corresponding to each delivery within the subscription corresponds to the price of the goods valid at the time of processing the recurring order, excluding shipping costs. Payment is made exclusively by Card Payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The payment corresponding to each recurring delivery is processed before the shipment of the goods, using the payment method chosen when creating the subscription.

In the event of a change in the price of the goods or shipping costs, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email at least 14 days before processing the payment corresponding to the delivery for which the change applies, so that the Buyer can modify or terminate the subscription before making the payment, without additional costs.

Information regarding discounts, benefits, and conditions applicable to the subscription is available in the section "Frequently Asked Questions" (Subscription), available on the Seller's website.

The Buyer can manage the subscription at any time from their customer account, including modifying the products included in the subscription, the quantity, the delivery interval, the delivery address, and the billing address, as well as suspending or terminating the subscription.

The Buyer can terminate the subscription at any time from their customer account, via the link included in the payment or shipment confirmation email, or by sending a request to the email address [email protected]. If the termination request is sent before processing the payment for the next delivery, the termination takes effect immediately. If the payment for the next delivery has already been processed, the termination takes effect starting with the next delivery, and the already paid goods will be delivered.

In the event that the payment corresponding to a recurring delivery cannot be processed repeatedly, and the Buyer does not update their payment method within 14 days from the notification sent by the Seller, the subscription is considered terminated.

The termination of the subscription takes effect only for future deliveries and does not affect the Buyer's right of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, under the conditions provided by law and these General Terms and Conditions. The Buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in point VII. Withdrawal from Contract and in "Warranty and Return Policy".

X. Invoice

Each package contains, in addition to the goods, a delivery note. The delivery note does not serve as a fiscal document. We deliver the fiscal invoice in electronic format within 14 days from the receipt of payment. The invoice is attached to the email by which we inform you that the payment for the goods has been received.

XI. Delivery Conditions

Personal Pickup:

Goods can be picked up only by the Buyer. This person must be properly identified by presenting a valid identity card or passport.

Shipment via courier service - Romania:

Goods can be sent to the Buyer via courier services. Individual transport modes are offered depending on the current availability of individual services and taking into account capacity and coverage area. In case of force majeure or information system failure, GymBeam is not liable for delayed delivery of goods. The transport price is based on the current price list on the day of the order.

The Buyer is obliged to check together with the carrier immediately the condition of the shipment (number of packages, integrity of the tape with the company logo, damage to the box) according to the attached delivery note. If damage to the shipment is found, the Buyer is obliged to draw up a report together with the representative of the carrier regarding the extent and nature of the damage. Based on this report, the Buyer can subsequently refuse to take over the delivered goods that do not comply with the sales contract, refuse to take over defective goods, or confirm the delivery of defective goods and subsequently file a complaint regarding the defects of the goods with the Seller. In the event that the Buyer finds damage or other irregularities after receiving the shipment, they are obliged to contact the seller immediately. In the event that they do not do so, they will have the right to claim the defect only if they can prove that the goods were already defective at the time of their pickup.

An incomplete or damaged shipment must be reported immediately by email to [email protected] or by phone at no. 0040 316 302 838, to draw up the damage report with the carrier and send it without undue delay by email or by courier to the Seller. Subsequent complaints for incomplete shipment or external damage to the shipment do not deprive the Buyer of the right to make a complaint.

Shipment to pickup points or parcel lockers - Romania:

Goods can also be shipped to the Buyer to a pickup point or a parcel locker in the SHIP & GO - Cargus network, depending on the delivery option selected by the Buyer when placing the order and the availability of this option for the ordered products. The cost of this delivery method is communicated to the Buyer before finalizing the order, in accordance with the information published on the Site in the section "Product Delivery".

The Buyer is obliged to pick up the package from the selected pickup point or locker without undue delay after being notified of its availability. During periods of high temperatures, certain products sensitive to heat (e.g., bars or chocolate-based products) may undergo changes in appearance or consistency if they remain stored for a prolonged period in the pickup point or in the locker, exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight. The Seller makes all reasonable efforts for the proper packaging and transport of the products, but is not liable for changes occurring as a result of prolonged exposure after the package is made available to the Buyer.

Delivery of orders to the Republic of Moldova:

In the case of orders with delivery to the Republic of Moldova, the Buyer acknowledges that the products are shipped to a destination outside the European Union and may be subject to applicable customs procedures.

The Buyer is responsible for providing the information necessary for delivery and for complying with the conditions applicable to the import of the ordered products.

In the event that the total value of orders placed on the same day or during the weekend exceeds 150 euros, import customs duties may apply.

Any customs duties are borne entirely by the Buyer and are paid directly upon receipt of the package, according to the instructions provided by the carrier or the competent authorities.

By finalizing an order with delivery to the Republic of Moldova, the Buyer confirms that they have taken note of the special conditions applicable to this destination.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the applicable tax regime may differ, according to the tax legislation in force.

XII. Warranty Conditions

Warranty conditions for goods are regulated by the "Warranty and Return Policy" of the Seller and by the legislation in force. The purchase document serves as a warranty certificate.

XIII. Final Provisions

According to the law on alternative dispute resolution for consumers, the consumer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for redress if they are not satisfied with the way the Seller has resolved their complaint or if they consider that the Seller has violated their rights.

The consumer has the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution to an alternative dispute resolution entity if the Seller has rejected the request or has not responded to it within 30 days from the date of sending.

The link to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) section within the official page of the National Authority for Consumer Protection through which the consumer can submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution can be found here, and the link to the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform can be found here.

The Seller publishes product reviews on the online store and takes reasonable measures to ensure that they come from Buyers who have actually purchased or used the respective product. Detailed information regarding the method of verifying reviews is available in the section "Review Verification".

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force and produce effects starting from the date of 04.08.2026 and annul the previous formulation of the General Terms and Conditions. The Seller reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The modification of the General Terms and Conditions does not apply to purchase contracts concluded before the modification of the General Terms and Conditions, even if the goods have not yet been delivered.
