Flavor: vanillaPowdered ice cream? No, I was quite sceptical at first. I bought the vanilla flavour and was pleasantly surprised. I prepared the ice cream according to the instructions: I added one scoop of the powder to 100 ml of water (I recommend making at least 2–3 servings at once) and blended it. I admit that, made with water, it tasted more like sorbet. I then tried it with whole milk, and I have to say it tastes much better that way—it is creamier and more delicious. I definitely recommend this product. It is a great way to make ice cream quickly. I will buy other flavours too; I am already looking forward to trying the chocolate one :)

Surprisingly, though, it turned out very well. It’s very easy to make. I used soy milk because I’m lactose intolerant. I also added a little freeze-dried strawberry to the strawberry-flavored ice cream. This was a great idea, as it made the strawberry flavor even more intense.
