    It tastes good, unlike some other gainers, which are awful. I have now bought the banana flavour; I have already tried strawberry and chocolate. Strawberry is the best. I will stick to strawberry and banana, as the others do not appeal to me as much. I wonder why this gainer has such a high lysine content. In my opinion, it is well above the recommended amount, and I am a little concerned about whether it could be harmful in the long term. The recommended amount of lysine is 1 g per day, but a 50 g serving of this gainer contains 4 g of lysine. If you take it three times a day, that is 12 g of lysine per day instead of 1 g. Isn’t that a bit much?

    Good taste compared with other unpleasant-tasting mass gainers at a similar price. It is filling, but I worry that it may contain too many sweeteners. It does not need to be quite so sweet. I gained 1.8 kg in a month, taking two servings a day. The strawberry flavour is fine, with a pudding-like taste. I am now trying the banana flavour, which I still mix with the MASS UP I had left over. I probably could not drink MASS UP on its own; it tastes very artificial. After the first serving, I felt as though I might develop a rash or an allergic reaction, and even had the strange feeling that it might make me grow thick body hair. Neither has happened so far. After the morning serving, I occasionally have mild diarrhea. So I do have some reservations, but at this price there is not much else to choose from, and I bought a second pack.

    This is the third time I have bought this mass gainer, and it has never disappointed me. I have always chosen the chocolate flavor, which I think is perfectly fine. If you shake it thoroughly, there are no lumps. As for the dosage, the packaging says twice a day, but I took it up to five times a day. I could feel the effect during exercise and had no stomach problems.
