Micronised Creatine is 100% pure creatine monohydrate, which is micronised into small particles. This makes it dissolve well in any beverage. It is great for athletes and active individuals who are working on their speed, explosiveness and strength. It will also be appreciated by all fans of HIIT training, as it increases physical performance during short consecutive intervals of intense exercise.
Micronised Creatine - 100% pure creatine monohydrate to help you improve performance during short, high-intensity training intervals
Micronised Creatine contains micronised creatine monohydrate. It is broken down into small particles, which makes it dissolve well in any beverage. To reap the benefits that creatine offers, it is ideal to take at least 3g of creatine, which can easily be achieved with a single dose of this blend. It then helps enhance performance during short consecutive intervals of intense training. Thus, strength athletes, enthusiasts of HIIT, functional training, CrossFit, sprinters, team sports athletes and other active people can benefit from its great properties. It is unflavoured, so it can be added to water, juice or any other favourite beverage, thus enriching it with functional ingredients.

I can only recommend this product: it dissolves very well, has fine crystals, and does not make me feel bloated. This will probably be my fourth order.

Unlike other products, it mixes very well (properly micronized). It also has no taste at all; it really is tasteless. I can even add it to coffee without changing the flavor (I know... there was some concern that caffeine and creatine might counteract each other, but nothing has been proven).

I have been taking ON creatine for some time and am satisfied with it. It dissolves very well and has a neutral taste. The dosage is as follows: 15 g per day for 2 weeks, spread throughout the day—5 g in the morning, 5 g after lunch, and 5 g after training. After 2 weeks, a maintenance dose of 5 g after training is sufficient. I combine it with protein and glutamine in a post-workout shake. I recommend adding it to your supplement regimen, as it increases strength and endurance and also supports muscle growth. :)Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Cristi

As in the beer commercial, “probably the best creatine in the world.” And it is not even the most expensive. In my ranking, the best creatine products are Storm and ON creatine. I took creatine monohydrate for many years in a row, but the only one whose effects I truly felt was ON. I cannot explain why, but it worked best for me.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Romankop

It dissolves very quickly. The price is approximately the same as that of other brands. The effects were noticeable during workouts and visible in my appearance. It is excellent for mixing with protein, as it has a neutral taste. I experienced no digestive issues. Overall, I am satisfied.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Majo

My pack of this creatine arrived today, and I immediately noticed that it was missing the Creapure logo shown in the picture. Creapure is not mentioned anywhere on the label, and the quantities do not match either (3.4 g of creatine monohydrate per 3.6 g serving). After a little research, I found that there are two versions of this creatine—one for Europe and one for the rest of the world. The difference is also evident on ON’s official websites. I do not doubt the quality, and I will take it as directed. But if you are expecting 100% Creapure, as GymBeam states here, you will be disappointed.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?
