    During the day, I take my multivitamin at noon, which contains all three ingredients also found in this product. However, about half an hour to an hour before going to bed at night, I also take two to three capsules of ZMB6. Since I started using it, I have indeed been sleeping slightly better and have become more virile (indicating increased testosterone). Therefore, I believe the additional dosage is beneficial and certainly supports muscle growth. It is not a miracle cure, but for anyone who exercises or engages in bodybuilding, the average monthly cost of approximately one thousand forints is well worth it, as it is an excellent supplement.

    I only found out from the box that it is not recommended to take it with dairy products. I like to eat cottage cheese in the evening, so it didn't work for me. It's just a personal thing, obviously that's how it weakened its effect. Since it is not a body-fitting product for me, I would not have ordered it if I had known before.
