ReCharge Gel is an energy gel containing isomaltulose, which is a source of glucose and fructose. The composition is further supplemented with essential branched chain amino acids, also known as BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) in the form of leucine, isoleucine and valine. There is also glycine, alanine, carnosine and taurine, which is often found in energy drinks. Another interesting benefit is that consuming foods containing isomaltulose instead of sugar helps maintain tooth mineralisation, making it a great alternative to conventional energy gels.

 

ReCharge Gel also boasts a fresh taste, while being suitable for use during physical activity. It will be appreciated by runners, cyclists, swimmers, cross-country skiers, in-line skaters and other endurance athletes or hiking enthusiasts. Just take 1-2 sachets every hour during exercise and maximally enjoy the joy of movement. The maximum dose is 4 gels per day.

It did give me some energy, but that lasted for about 30 minutes of exercise. So this product probably isn’t right for me, but someone else might enjoy the taste and get more energy from it.
