I am very pleased with this balance half-sphere; it is an excellent addition to my workouts and is of high quality. The color differs from the photo, but in my opinion, it is even better (grey). I am 1000% satisfied with the purchase.

I did not know what to expect, but it turned out to be a perfect choice. It arrives deflated in a flat box, which is convenient for delivery and transport. I inflated it very easily with the included pump; I have been using it regularly for about two weeks now, and it has not lost any air. The elegant grey color fully fulfills its intended purpose.

This yoga ball is catastrophic. I inflated it with the pump that came with it for about 3 hours, did not exercise on it for a week, and it deflated and collapsed on its own. I do not recommend it!

The board is good, but the pump is terrible. Since the board needs to be inflated, the pump is used relatively frequently. The nozzles fall out; after three uses, one can no longer be attached at all, which means I have to look for a new pump.

Definitely a cool platform; it arrived in gray, which is very fortunate — dirt is not visible and it won't yellow :) Easy to inflate, the rubber is dense, looks sturdy, everything is perfectly packaged. The set includes a pump and 2 detachable expanders that attach to the platform. Convenient for use by both children and men with long feet :) If exercising in an inverted position, the edges are comfortable; even a size 46 foot fits. It was reliably packaged in a square box, not heavy even for a woman, and fits in the trunk :) Thank you very much to GymBeam for the service and quality product, as well as for the promotions and discounts :)Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?sportmen

I have been using it for months for squats, push-up variations, and balance improvement. No quality issues have arisen. It is available at half the price compared to a Bosu ball. :)

It looks stable and sturdy, but - what I dislike is the flat depression in the form of a circle approximately 11 cm in diameter on the flat surface. Therefore, when balancing on one leg in the center with a smaller foot, your foot may simply sink through. Not all mats have this issue, so you are left with the option of creating a circular board to close this uncomfortable space... a pity.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Veronika
