It truly alleviates the feeling of fatigue, but the taste is terrible. It reminds me of rinsing your mouth at the dentist after a tooth has been drilled. I will try mixing it with juice as recommended on the packaging, as it is dreadful with water.

The health benefits are already described in the product; I add Maca, for example, to porridge and smoothies. This packaging is very cost-effective and of high quality.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Samo

I definitely do not recommend this powdered form. It is a waste of time. It does not dissolve and is extremely fine, like cement; it cannot be mixed, resulting in lumps. The taste is terrible; I had to drink half a liter of syrupy water and scrape the remaining powder from my gums with a spoon. Awful. I recommend the tablet form that I used previously; it is definitely more convenient.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Μιχάλης

Although it has a strong flavor, it is perfect for adding to tea or smoothies. Very beneficial for health and for men. It helped me with both stress and energy levels. Children, you should definitely try it.
